TERMS OF SERVICE
Here's some things that you should know about before hiring me.
꩜ Prices are in USD ($) or THB (฿)

꩜ I have the right to decline a commission that makes me uncomfortable.
ㅤ
꩜ You need to pay at least a 50% deposit or full payment in order to save a spot on the waiting list.
ㅤ
꩜ No refunds unless I haven't started on your commission.
ㅤ
꩜ The turnaround time will only start once your slot is labelled as "PENDING".
ㅤ
꩜ If I have failed to finish the artwork due to any conflict, I will refund 100% ASAP.
ㅤ
꩜ I can only accept payment through Paypal, GCash, or Bank Transfer (if you are from the Philippines).
ㅤ
꩜ Please make sure to send me the complete details. Once we have agreed on the sketch, any additional changes and scenes will be charged.
ㅤ
꩜ Please do not hesistate to share your ideas for the commission.
ㅤ
꩜ It is up to you (the client) to give me permission to post your commission on my social platforms.
IMAGE RIGHTS AND DISTRIBUTION
Commercial use, copyright, etc.
꩜ Commissioned artworks are for personal use only. For commercial purposes, an additional 50% will be charged. It is required that you inform the artist first.

What is considered as "commercial use"?
✓ When the client uses the artwork to promote or advertise their brand or business, whether it be an online or physical store, a branded social media account or streaming platform;
✓ When the client uses the artwork to sell or use it in a product;
✓ When the client uses the artwork for YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, or any streaming platform that is monetized.
꩜ For personal usage, the client may use the commissioned artwork as profile pictures/icons, wallpapers, printing, editing, crochet patterns, etc.
꩜ Cropping, blurring, and drawing over my watermark are strictly prohibited.
꩜ The client may post the artwork on the internet with proper credits, by tagging my Facebook page or Instagram page.
꩜ If an artwork is commissioned, I will send you the artwork with no watermark. It will be 100% yours.
